"Ocean View" is a privately owned, 1600 square foot, two story on stilts, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath vacation home with both lake and ocean views.  Located in the family friendly 24/7 gated community of Ocean Lakes Family Campground.  Ocean Lakes boasts numerous amenities including both indoor and outdoor pools with kid splash zone, recreation center, 18 hole putt-putt golf course, arcade, outdoor playgrounds, golf cart rentals, several food outlets, grocery/gift shopping store and nearly one mile of sandy beaches.  All within walking distance or short, golf cart ride.

Amenities & Accommodations

Our vacation home features a large, open, vaulted ceiling, great room complete with fully-equipped kitchen located on the second floor with great lake and ocean views, perfect for that family vacation.  Enjoy the breakfast nook overlooking the lake and ocean or step outside to the spacious deck, where additional outdoor seating is available.  The upper deck is accessible from either the great room or master bedroom located on the second floor.  Downstairs are three bedrooms with queen sleeping and a fourth kid's room with a double/single bunk bed.  Cable television is provided in all bedrooms and the great room.  A second, large accessible deck is open downstairs with beautiful views to relax to without traveling upstairs.  Two baths are also located downstairs for no waiting, hot showers.  A washer/dryer is available in one of the downstairs bathrooms for those wet towels and bathing suits.  Underneath the beach house you'll find a relaxing swing, picnic table and both charcoal and gas grills and an outdoor hot/cold shower to wash away that beach sand and enjoy the outdoor living space.   All of this located on a wide, private lane with beautiful live oak trees to provide a safe, peaceful atmosphere, but very close to all of Ocean Lake's wonderful amenities and beach.  House can also be found at https://www.homeownersatoceanlakes.com/properties/859120-5-br-3-5-bath-with-ocean-view or

Please note, we offer varying rental rates based on the following seasons (See Special Rental Rates section listed below):

  • Off-Peak Season (January 1st - April 31st & Sept 16th - December 31st) Minimum 3 night stay, daily rates $225.00 or $1,400 per week, cleaning included with weekly rental only 

                                                                                         Near Peak (May 1st-31st) daily rates $275.00 or $1,925 per week

  • Peak Season (June 1st - Sept 16th) Minimum 7 night stay, $2800 per week, cleaning included   

A $500 refundable security deposit is required within 7 days of booking in order to hold the reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in.  Any cancellation not made prior to 30 days before check-in will be forfeited.

Please Note:  Cleaning services included with weekly rentals only.  We do not provide linens. Rental rates do not include applicable sales and accommodations taxes assessed by SC Department of Revenue and Horry County, currently at 12%.  Upon reservation all applicable taxes will be assessed and presented as part of the payment schedule.

This is a non-smoking, no pets vacation home.  Vacations were meant for family fun, so we provide cleaning services (weekly rentals only) as part of our rental to keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment.  We do ask that you leave our home in as clean of condition as possible for others to enjoy.  All reservations require a $500 damage deposit, refundable within 7 -10 days after acceptable check-out.  Applicable sales and accommodations taxes required by taxing authorities are applied to all reservations.

 


Location

  Our site is 318 just off of Coral Drive.  After entering Ocean Lakes main entrance take a right immediately after the guard gate onto Spring Lane, then turn left onto Coral Drive.   Continue on Coral Drive until you pass Clam Lane on your right.  Turn left at next street and our home is the third on the left, site 318.  Ocean Lakes maps are available at the main entrance, also.
